Download and open.
Open the .dmg and drag propertyBook to Applications. The first launch needs a right-click → Open (the build isn’t notarized yet, so macOS asks once).

2 · Connect
Sign in with Google.
Sign in with your Google account so the app is tied to your real identity, then add your Claude API key — stored in your machine’s Keychain. That key powers the filing and answers; you’re in control of it.
3 · File
Drop in documents.
Send a lease, bill, or notice and it’s read, named, and filed under the right property — all on your machine. Updates arrive in place; no reinstall for routine releases.
